Magpie are well loved by our customers for our quick turnaround and speedy delivery.
For orders placed before 2pm, we will always aim to post same day.

Shipping

Once your order has been placed on our website or through our Facebook page, our team gets started prepared your order, which arrives beautifully and securely packaged. Should there be any problem or delay in processing your order, our friendly team will contact you immediately via phone or email. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day, with orders after this cut off posted on the next working day.

We deliver to all corners of the UK, as well as internationally.

The cost for postage and packaging depends on the value of your order, to ensure that it is properly insured. Our postage rates are:

Standard postage is sent via Royal Mail First Class which typically arrives in 1-3 days. Please note that Royal Mail can take up to 7 working days to deliver in some instances, depending on location. Orders over £30 will require a signature.

Next day postage is via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day if ordered by 2pm. This is fully tracked, and a signature will be required. Please note special delivery goods cannot be left with a neighbour/ in safe place.

International:
Royal Mail International (3-5 days within Europe/ 5-10 days rest of world) can take up to 15 days, depending on in country postal service. Tracked and a signature required on delivery.

Please note that Magpie Crystals will not hold any liability for delayed or failed delivery of products if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside of our control.

Returns

If in the unlikely event you wish to return your Magpie goods, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the goods and make the return within 7 days of the purchase date. Items can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are in saleable condition with packaging intact. Once we have received your returned goods, we will aim to process exchanges and refunds within 7 working days.

Please note the following returns conditions:

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in a saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns for goods which have been opened.
  • Goods for return must be securely packaged i.e. in a padded envelope and sent via an insurable, traceable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery. Magpie will not be liable for items which go missing in return post and may request proof of posting.
  • Customers are required to pay return carriage costs unless the error is on our side.
